Quotes
Every project is quoted on its scope. A quote describes the work, the one-time build price, the monthly care plan and an expected timeline. Quotes are valid for [CONFIRM: period]. Work begins after you approve the quote and pay for the build.
Payment
Payments are processed through Stripe. The build is paid as a single payment when you approve your quote. Refund terms for build payments: [CONFIRM]. Additional work outside the approved quote is quoted separately before it begins.
Monthly care plans
After launch, a monthly care plan is billed through Stripe. What the plan includes is set out in your quote. Each plan includes up to 5 small changes a month; additional changes, and larger work such as new pages or features, are billed separately and quoted before work starts. Your content
You are responsible for making sure the content you give us, such as photos, logos, reviews, credentials and text, is accurate and that you have the right to use it. We do not invent reviews, credentials or claims, and we may decline to publish content we believe is misleading.
Ownership

No guaranteed results
We build websites to be clear, fast and easy to act on, but we cannot guarantee search rankings, traffic, calls, leads or revenue. Those depend on many factors outside our control.
