What a care plan can cover.
Exactly what is included is set out in your quote. These are the usual parts.
Updates
Software and dependencies kept current, so the site stays secure and working.
Backups
Regular copies of the site, so a bad day is recoverable.
Checks
Forms, phone links and pages tested so inquiries keep arriving.
Up to 5 changes a month
New photos, updated hours, a changed price or service. Up to five a month are included; more are billed separately.
Help
Someone to call when something on the site needs attention.
Billed monthly through Stripe.
After launch, your care plan is charged monthly through Stripe, the same secure system used for your build payment. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us.

What exactly does my care plan include?
Care plans are set per client. Your quote lists what is included: hosting, updates, backups, checks and up to 5 small changes a month.
What counts as a small change?
Things like swapping photos, updating hours or prices, editing a paragraph or adding a review. Up to 5 a month are included. Anything past that is billed separately, and we tell you the cost before doing it.
How is the monthly plan billed?
Monthly, through Stripe, after your site launches. Card details go to Stripe, not to us.
Can I change or end my plan?
How a plan can be changed or ended is set out in your quote and our terms before you agree to anything.
What if I need bigger changes later?
New pages or larger features are not part of the monthly changes. They are quoted separately, so you always know the cost before work starts.
