Pricing questions.
Why don’t you list prices?
Because a five-page site for one service and a large site for a multi-service company are not the same job. A quote based on your actual scope is fairer than a number that fits nobody.
Do I pay for the preview?
No. We build a preview of your homepage before you pay anything, so you can see what you would be getting. If it is not right for you, you owe nothing.
How do I pay?
Through Stripe. You pay once for the build after approving your quote, then the monthly care plan is billed through Stripe after launch.
Do you see my card details?
No. Payments are processed by Stripe, so your card details go to Stripe rather than to us.
Is the care plan required?
Your quote explains how hosting and care work for your site, including how the monthly plan can be changed or ended.
What if I want changes after launch?
Your care plan includes up to 5 small changes a month, like new photos, updated hours or a changed price. More than that, or bigger additions like new pages or features, are billed separately and quoted before any work starts.
